Income inequality is when individuals living in a given country earn disproportionate income levels. This accounts for the presence of high poverty, especially households with lower incomes. Identifying factors determining existence essential to reduce inequality. With this objective, study analyzes determinants kobo town. To explore inequality, primary data obtained from sample city applied. The situation town analyzed using distributions, proving that high, and Gini index 0.38. then, marginal effects ordered logit model proved houses have higher probability being high-income group than those who lived rented house be stream. continuous variable reported as education level associated earner.
